Investors Guide

Step 1
Fill out the profile and answer some short questions to arrange a conversation with us, in which we will talk about your ideas and wishes.
Step 2
After gaining an insight into your ideas, we will search for suitable objects and will send you around 3 that fit best. If you are interested, we will arrange a second meeting via Zoom or in-person in Dubai.
Step 3
In the second conversation, we then talk about all specific questions relating to the property. And can also arrange a viewing of the property or the developer.
Step 4
Once all aspects align seamlessly, it’s time to secure the property by reserving it and initiating the purchase process. That involves signing the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA), and conducting snagging, to ensure quality and highest build standards.
Step 5
During the construction process of the property, we will always provide information about the current status and keep you posted. Additionally, we are always happy to assist with further questions or other concerns. We can also take care of the rental of your purchased property.
Step 6
Handover.
